Hello and Welcome to Leadex!

The place where you find a variety of premium PET resins, staple fibers, filaments, outerwear fabrics, and linings for all applications. Our objectives are to push for cleaner raw materials and to foster trust-based relationships with our clients.

It Started with a Suit...

Back in the 1960s, suits were an essential piece of clothing in most people's closets. What suits appeared on the outside was important to consumers and the linings on the inside often got overlooked. To our founder Xin Yi Huang, linings were just as important as outerwear fabrics because it was how you "feel" when you put on an outfit. That was when Chao Huei Silk & Woolen (now called Leadex) was born!

Quality. Safety. Comfort.

Soon after launching, we became Asahi Kasei's sole agent in Taiwan and quickly differentiated ourselves by supplying customers with high quality products such as Bemberg linings. For the past years, we have poured tremendous effort into expanding our product line to include more products that your business demand and can rely on. Over thousands of product additions later, we are proud to say our products continue to reach the best quality, safety, and comfort.

BUT WAIT.
We Were Forgetting Something

For so long, we only focused on getting fabrics to our customers' hands, but never realized that about 85% of clothes end up in landfill or burned. The talk around global warming in recent years made us realize we are a part of the climate change problem, and we're here to change that.

We are excited to introduce our recycled products made to close the loop. Our recycled resins are made with 100% post-consumer recycled PET and are totally recyclable, meaning you can turn bottles into bottles and into bottles and so on. And the good news is, the same thing applies to all recycled fibers and filaments as well. Soon we'll have recycled garment as raw materials.

By 2030, Our goal is to have over 80% of our products made from recycled material. Aside from switching to recycled materials, we are determined to join in with other Earth-loving companies to achieve Net Zero by 2050. More plans regarding cutting carbon emissions and switching to green energy are to come and we'll make sure to keep you in the loop!
