APPLICATIONS

Heat shrinkable sleeves for electrical insulation, covering lithium batteries, capacitors or motor coils

FEATURES

  • High copolymer PET resin with a nominal intrinsic viscosity of 0.830 dl/g

  • Reduced crystallization rate and increased melt strength. Particularly, it is a good replacement for Polyvinyl Chloride material according to its advantages of environment-friendly features, good printability, high shrinkage at 90 ~ 100°C, and good heat and chemical resistance

  • Can be converted into heat shrinkable tubes via double bubble tubular film extrusion. Such heat-shrinkable tubes are suitable for insulation in various electric parts such as electrolytic capacitors, lithium batteries, bus bars, coils, and motors; and for protection of metallic tubes and light tubes

  • The heat-shrinkable tubes made with 390A comply with ROHS regulations and have been approved by several big brands

  • Produced in a state-of-the-art continuous polymerization technology and is combined with a strict quality monitoring system

  • Totally recyclable
